Well potted plant and packed plant, I didn't have to have to do anything expect put water in the pot. I was pleasantly surprised to recieve this in a reason price, I'll probably order more.
I recently purchased a set of six self-watering plants for my office. The products were great—exactly as described, and they arrived in excellent condition. The delivery itself was smooth and on time. However, I was disappointed with the delayed processing of my order. I placed the order on a Friday, but it wasn't processed until the following Monday. This delay didn't make much sense to me and could be improved. While everything else was satisfactory, the late order processing was an issue that could affect future purchases.

However, the courier company should be advised to handle the packages with due care, as they messed up mine and I had to spend a lot of time fixing things up. Luckily the plant wasn't damaged much
